Hospitality
Every activity is aimed at guest experience and sustaining the way of life at Champions Group. The positions are available at Champions Yacht Club, Goa, India, which is part of Champions Group. As a hospitality intern, you will wear multiple hats during the entire course.
Though you will primarily focus on one area of interest, you will be a part of the Front Desk, Audit, Culinary, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Laundry, Sales & Marketing and Maintenance departments on a rotational basis. These real-life situations help you make more informed decisions about the career path you choose in the industry.
As a hospitality intern, you will:
- Gain familiarity in front office operations (reception and reservations)
- Be part of the inspection & cleaning teams, and laundry operations
- Get handy experience in dining rooms as one of the wait personnel
- Understand stock purchase operations
- Be involved in accounts
- Occupy yourself in setting budgets or financial analysis
- Coordinate and implement promotional events to generate new business
- Carry out administrative work
